I sent an enquiry about a replacement for my QUALITAS look-alike toilet last week and am just writing to say THANK YOU! It's not easy finding a replacement for out of production items especially when the item is virtually built into the bathroom. As well as getting the right colour match there is always the problem of toilet outlet height as well as distance from the wall and matching to the cistern. Without your wide range of out of production bathroomware I would have had to rip out a toilet, cistern, concealed pipework and tiling, as well as probably a perfectly useful basin and pedestal. It all happened remarkably quickly, and within the space of one day. I sent in my enquiry, then sent a photo to back it up, and within 4 hours I had a reply! The icing on the cake was that I could pick it up the very next day - PROBLEM SORTED! I probably saved myself a lot of time and effort, and more importantly - money.
