1. Before you start, please be sure that you are actually keen to find the replacement item(s) you are enquiring about! Our time is precious, and each enquiry can take quite some time to process, so please don't use the enquiry form unless you are genuinely interested in acquiring the goods. If all you are looking for is an approximate price in order to weigh up your options then a phone call may be quicker.

2. Gather as much information as you can about the item(s) required - the manufacturer's name, dimensions (see diagram at left), colour and ideally at least one photograph will all make the identification process quicker. Make a note of the number of tapholes on basins, baths and bidets, plus any distinguishing features such as soap recesses. There is often a model number or name on the underside of the cistern lid on WCs, or on the underside of the tap ledge on basins.

3.Click on your bathroom manufacturer's logo at the bottom of this page (or click "Other makes" if your manufacturer's logo is not shown) to go to the respective Enquiry Form, and fill in as many details as possible. When you are happy that the details on the form are correct, click "Send". Preferably at about the same time, if you have taken any digital photos of the item required, click the link at the bottom of the form and attach the images to the blank email that appears. You will receive an email as confirmation that we have received and started work on your enquiry.


4. Please be patient once your enquiry has been sent - although we will make every effort to reply to your request as quickly as possible, there are often instances where we may need to spend some time searching to find the closest possible match. As a general rule, if you haven't heard back from us within 3 days feel free to nag us for an answer!
If your enquiry is something of an emergency (e.g. you are without a working toilet, or the broken item is dangerously sharp), please make this clear in the "Additional information" section of the enquiry form.

5.Once the item you need has been located, we will confirm the price and availability - if the item is in stock then you can collect from our warehouses in Churt, near Farnham, Surrey or we can arrange secure next-day delivery if preferred (there is an additional charge for this service). If the piece you need is a special order item we will give details of the cost and timescales involved.
As a general rule we require payment for special order items in advance.
